Tour Consultant – Danish (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Danish‑speaking Tour Consultant to join our team remotely and support clients planning safaris across Southern Africa. You will work closely with travelers, crafting personalized itineraries and ensuring smooth booking experiences from inquiry to post‑trip feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries, bookings, itineraries, and payments via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
• Create customized safari itineraries tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Prepare invoices and follow up on payments.
• Collect post‑safari feedback, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Communicate itinerary updates and booking changes before and during travel.
• Contribute to weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Fluent in Danish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum two years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in tour consulting or hotel operations.
• Proven experience selling South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, and other Southern African destinations.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask, and customer‑focused.
• Flexible to work varied hours as needed.
