Tour Consultant – Travel & Tour Services

About the role

The Tour Consultant will act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking travel and tour solutions. You will advise customers on available packages, prepare quotations, and ensure seamless booking experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on tour packages and travel options.
• Prepare quotations and manage tour and car‑hire bookings.
• Coordinate travel itineraries, vehicle schedules, and related arrangements.
• Promote and sell the company’s tour packages.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate booking records and generate regular reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the tours and travel industry.
• Strong communication, customer service and sales abilities.
• Good organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with online booking systems.
