WaSH/Watsan Specialist – Water, Hygiene & Sanitation

About the role
The organization is seeking experienced WaSH/Watsan specialists to support emergency health interventions in Kenya. The role involves a first deployment of 6–8 weeks within the next three months, followed by a mandatory 21‑day post‑deployment monitoring period.
Key responsibilities
- Implement water, hygiene and sanitation activities in emergency settings.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance against humanitarian standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe water supply and proper sanitation practices.
- Prepare technical reports and contribute to lessons‑learned documentation.
Required profile
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Valid Schengen visa or passport exempt from Schengen visa requirements for travel to Europe during the monitoring period.
- Experience in Ebola response or extensive experience with VHF, disease outbreak, or other emergency response operations.
- Diploma or associate degree in a relevant field.
