About the role
The Director – Channel Partner will lead Azentio’s expansion in the African ERP market. You will build and manage a robust partner ecosystem focused on manufacturing and distribution, driving revenue growth through strategic collaborations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, strengthen, and manage relationships with existing partners across Africa.
- Provide training, enablement, and ongoing support to ensure partner success.
- Recruit, onboard, and negotiate agreements with new channel partners aligned with growth strategy.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through partner‑led opportunities and joint sales/marketing activities.
- Conduct detailed market analysis of African ERP, especially SMBs in manufacturing and distribution.
- Represent Azentio at industry forums, events, and conferences.
- Provide accurate forecasts, track partner KPIs, and report performance updates to leadership.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in channel/partner management, preferably in ERP or enterprise software.
- Proven success scaling partner ecosystems and meeting sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of the African ERP market with an established partner network.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel across Africa.
