About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to join its Partner Program. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will leverage your professional network to introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to HR and recruiting decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with HR, recruiting and hiring leaders in your network.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows.
• Gather feedback from prospects to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills and a passion for recommending useful tools.

Required skills

• Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring tools.
