Lead Generation Specialist (Email & LinkedIn Outreach)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive new business for our digital studio through targeted email and LinkedIn outreach. The role is fully remote, commission‑based, and focuses on identifying prospects, crafting personalized messages, and converting conversations into qualified meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Research and compile lists of potential client companies that match our service offering.
• Design and execute personalized cold‑email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach sequences.
• Track outreach performance, follow up with interested leads, and manage the pipeline until meetings are booked.
• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure leads are qualified and handed over smoothly.

Required profile

• Strong interest in outbound sales, lead generation, or startup growth.
• Excellent written communication and research abilities.
