Motorbike Sales Representative – Kibera

About the role

Treasure Communications Limited, a BTL marketing firm, is looking for energetic Motorbike Sales Representatives (MSRs) to operate in Kibera, Nairobi. You will be the face of the brand on the ground, driving sales, promoting products, and building customer relationships while riding a motorbike.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and roadshow activities across assigned routes.
• Engage customers, present products, and convert interest into purchases.
• Plan daily routes, manage inventory, and ensure timely product distribution.
• Track and report sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company integrity in all interactions.

Required profile

• Age 24+ with at least 3 years of riding experience and a valid driver’s licence.
• KCSE certificate; a sales/marketing certificate or 2+ years as a Field Sales Representative or Merchandiser.
• Excellent communication, confident, persuasive, and presentable.
• Flexible with time and location, tech‑savvy, goal‑oriented, and able to meet/exceed targets.
• Friendly, reliable, disciplined, and high sense of integrity.
