Receptionist / Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a Receptionist / Digital Marketing Executive on a full-time basis. The role combines front office duties with managing the company's social media, content and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Reception and front office: receive and attend to visitors, manage calls and enquiries, coordinate appointments and meetings, keep the reception area professional and act as the first point of contact.
• Digital marketing and content: run social media and the online presence, create a content calendar, write blogs, articles, posts and newsletters, and produce and edit short-form video with traditional and AI tools.
• Lead generation and business development: research potential clients, generate leads through social media, cold calling, cold emailing, referrals and events, maintain a prospect database, follow up and prepare proposals.
• Client relationship management: build relationships with existing and prospective clients, respond promptly to enquiries and escalate concerns when needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience combining reception/front-office management, digital marketing, communications, business development, sales or client relationship management.
• Demonstrable experience managing social media and creating digital content; experience in lead generation and client acquisition is highly advantageous.

Required skills

• Managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
• Writing blogs, proposals, marketing materials and corporate communications (preferred).
• A certification in digital marketing, social media marketing or content creation is an added advantage.
