Media Buyer, Client Success & Creative Strategist

About the role

Natura Labs works with a small number of high-impact clients, treating relationships as growth partnerships rather than standard agency services. It needs someone to run Meta ads, own client communication and lead creative strategy across its accounts, taking over media buying work from the senior media buyer in stages. The role suits a background in operations, team management and client success, and is remote with overlap for team meetings in SAST (GMT+2) and Dubai (GMT+4); exact hours are agreed with the candidate.

The engagement is as an independent contractor with a 1-month probation period; payment is monthly in USD and the start date is to be agreed.

Key responsibilities

• Learn Meta media buying from the senior media buyer and leadership, starting from day one: stage 1 sets up, launches and monitors ads, then stage 2 moves into optimization and wider account management.
• Own day-to-day client communication, including performance updates, progress on open tasks and daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly feedback loops covering development, creative and finance, using automated reporting bots.
• Support regular client calls and check-ins, manage each client relationship and escalate to the senior media buyer or leadership when needed.
• Own creative strategy: write concepts, angles and hooks, and write clear briefs and scripts for editors and designers, using performance data to decide what to test, iterate or stop.
• Review end-of-day reports, run quality control on creative, research customers, competitors and winning ads with ad spy tools, and lead a creative strategy pod of editors and designers.
• Work alongside the creator program team and support operations, hiring and onboarding as capacity allows.

• Proven experience in team management, operations and client success.
• A quick learner comfortable being stretched and picking up new platforms and skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail, finishing one task before moving to the next.
• Genuine interest in performance marketing and media buying.
