Receptionist – Front Office (Hotel)

About the role
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests and will manage front‑office duties in a hotel environment. The position requires a diploma in Hospitality, Front Office or Tourism and at least one year of relevant experience, together with good computer skills. We are looking for a professional, friendly and customer‑focused individual to join our on‑site team and work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, handle check‑in and check‑out procedures as the first point of contact.
- Manage front‑office operations such as phone handling, reservations and guest inquiries.
Required profile
- Diploma in Hospitality, Front Office, Tourism or a related field.
- At least one year of relevant experience in a hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Smart, presentable and able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Good computer skills; knowledge of hotel systems is an advantage.
