About the role
Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to support the Food & Beverage outlets Manager in delivering the highest standards of service across its dining venues. The role involves welcoming guests, managing the flow of customers, answering telephone enquiries and ensuring a seamless restaurant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the F&B outlets Manager in delegating duties and supervising service staff.
- Provide a friendly welcome to guests and manage guest flow to various restaurant stations.
- Answer telephone calls and coordinate guest seating.
- Deliver excellent service and maintain strong guest relations.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Train and supervise staff to adhere to Fairmont F&B standards.
- Demonstrate and uphold Fairmont Hotels & Resorts standards in all interactions.
Required profile
- Experience in food and beverage service or restaurant operations.
- Ability to supervise, coordinate and direct service teams.
- Strong communication and guest‑relation skills.
- Capability to train staff and enforce service standards.
