Cluster Director of Revenue

About the role

The Cluster Director of Revenue will lead the commercial strategy for Fairmont The Norfolk and an additional property, shaping revenue growth across rooms, food & beverage, spa and other profit centres. Reporting to the Regional Director of Revenue Management, you will set the strategic vision, ensure data quality, and drive pricing and inventory decisions that maximise profitability while supporting the brand’s positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term revenue forecasts and pricing tactics for the home hotel and a second property.
• Collaborate with all profit‑generation teams to identify incremental revenue opportunities across rooms, restaurants, spa and ancillary services.
• Maintain high‑quality data, perform analysis, and provide actionable intelligence to commercial and ownership stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop revenue management talent within the home hotel and support the second property through regular coaching calls and visits.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process and produce long‑term financial projections.
• Liaise with Regional Directors of Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, and the Regional Vice President to align strategies.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in hotel revenue management or a comparable hospitality revenue role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic actions.
• Excellent communication skills to convey revenue strategies to cross‑functional leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop revenue teams.
