About the role

Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to support the Food & Beverage outlets Manager in delivering the highest standards of service across its dining venues. The role involves welcoming guests, managing the flow of customers, answering telephone enquiries and ensuring a seamless restaurant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the F&B outlets Manager in delegating duties and supervising service staff.
• Provide a friendly welcome to guests and manage guest flow to various restaurant stations.
• Answer telephone calls and coordinate guest seating.
• Deliver excellent service and maintain strong guest relations.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Train and supervise staff to adhere to Fairmont F&B standards.
• Demonstrate and uphold Fairmont Hotels & Resorts standards in all interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in food and beverage service or restaurant operations.
• Ability to supervise, coordinate and direct service teams.
• Strong communication and guest‑relation skills.
• Capability to train staff and enforce service standards.
