Sales Representative – Motorbike Spares & Accessories

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive growth of motorbike spares and accessories across Nairobi and surrounding regions. You will build relationships with customers and distributors, identify new business opportunities, and help expand the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell motorbike spares and accessories to retail and wholesale customers.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Conduct market visits, follow‑ups, and gather competitor intelligence.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights.
• Support collections and account follow‑up activities.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 12 months of experience selling motorbike spares and accessories.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑driven, confident and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good understanding of the motorbike spares market dynamics.
