About the role
We are seeking a well‑organized Site Engineer to join our growing construction team. In this role you will coordinate multiple aspects of building projects, work closely with diverse professionals, and ensure that schedules and quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise various phases of construction projects on‑site.
- Lead crew members, monitor daily activities and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Prepare accurate time and material cost estimates.
- Conduct quality‑assurance checks and compile comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain work schedules that align with project deadlines.
Required profile
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills.
- High work ethic with the capacity to thrive under pressure.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, subcontractors and other professionals.
