Social Media Manager

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Social Media Manager based in Embakasi. The role covers managing the company's social media presence, creating content, planning campaigns and tracking performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant digital channels
• Schedule, publish and maintain consistent, high-quality content across all platforms
• Monitor pages, respond to comments and messages and keep audience engagement positive
• Create captions, graphics, short-form videos and other digital content, writing copy that matches the brand's voice
• Develop and run social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives, create content calendars and plan campaigns around events, trends and promotions
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth and content performance, and report regularly with recommendations
• Stay up to date on trends and platform features, and build an active online community

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience managing social media platforms
• Demonstrated experience in content creation, copywriting and social media management
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms
