Video Producer / Videographer

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time videographer based in Ongata Rongai. The role covers planning, shooting and producing video content for marketing, social media, events and products, as well as editing and creating short-form content for digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and produce high-quality video content for marketing, social media, events, products and other company activities.
• Operate cameras, lighting, microphones, tripods, gimbals and other video production equipment, applying knowledge of composition, framing, lighting, sound and visual storytelling.
• Edit and post-produce videos with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro, adding music, captions, graphics, transitions and colour correction.
• Create short-form videos, reels and promotional content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, adapting format, length and resolution to each platform.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and work with marketing and other teams to develop video concepts, supporting photography and other creative needs.
• Manage several projects to agreed deadlines while keeping consistent quality.

Required profile

• Certificate or diploma in film, media, photography, multimedia, communication or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in videography, video production or a similar creative role.
• A strong portfolio or showreel showing previous videography and video editing work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or CapCut.
• Understanding of cameras, lighting, sound recording, framing, composition and basic colour grading.
• Ability to create content tailored to social media and digital platforms.
