About the role

The HCM Application Support Analyst provides front‑line assistance to clients using the company’s HR and payroll software. The role involves troubleshooting issues, resolving tickets, supporting system testing and delivering user guidance and training as needed.

Key responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve application support issues reported by clients.
Investigate, document, and escalate software defects.
Answer client inquiries related to HCM, payroll and HRIS systems.
Assist with QA testing and system updates.
Create and maintain Knowledge Base documentation.
Provide occasional training to clients and internal teams.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Required profile

Technical and customer‑focused professional with experience supporting HR or payroll systems.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Required skills

Technical support experience.
API knowledge.
Report Center / reporting tools.
Single Sign‑On (SSO) integration.
Familiarity with HRIS/HCM platforms such as PrismHR or HRPyramid.
