Construction Project Manager – Kifaru Heights

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of Kifaru Heights, a landmark 19‑storey mixed‑use development in Thome, Nairobi. The role covers the full project lifecycle from foundation to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all construction phases, from site preparation to final handover.
• Develop and maintain the master construction programme to meet the 24‑month schedule.
• Control budgets, track expenditures and ensure cost adherence.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and material quality.
• Lead site teams, contractors and consultants while fostering a safety‑first culture.
• Enforce strict health and safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide regular progress reports to developers, investors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement, material sourcing, supply chain and logistics.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record delivering high‑rise residential projects of 10+ floors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Registered with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) or equivalent professional body.
• Deep knowledge of Kenyan building codes, county regulations and construction standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent project management software.
