COP/ECOP Certified Insurance Sales Agent

About the role

ICEA LION Group is seeking COP/ECOP certified Insurance Sales Agents to join its Nairobi office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will engage prospective clients, assess their insurance needs and propose tailored solutions that protect and grow their wealth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in the Nairobi Westlands area.
• Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through regular follow‑up.
• Manage policy documentation and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Achieve individual sales targets while upholding the company’s values of integrity and customer focus.

Required profile

• Background in law enforcement with familiarity of police procedures and criminal investigations.
• Certificate of Proficiency (COP) or Enhanced Certificate of Proficiency (ECOP) in insurance.
• Proven sales or client‑management experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and demonstrate initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
