About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to lead daily support for our household and hardware product lines. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries are answered quickly and issues are resolved efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Handle day‑to‑day customer inquiries, feedback, and service requests across multiple channels.
- Guide customers through product specifications, assist with order processing, track deliveries, and manage after‑sales service.
- Resolve complaints and product issues, coordinating with logistics and technical teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs of interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the internal system.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Open to candidates at any experience level; prior customer‑service or household/hardware experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a patient, customer‑first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
