General Manager

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven General Manager to lead our client’s signage, branding and large‑format printing business. The role combines strategic business development with full responsibility for operational performance and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and expand the client portfolio.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate clients, retail chains, banks, telcos, FMCG companies and marketing agencies.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, including design, fabrication, printing and installation.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Improve operational efficiency by streamlining production processes and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in signage, branding, exhibitions, large‑format printing or a similar industry.
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
• Strong background in operations and project management.
• Demonstrated experience managing a P&L or a business unit.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
