Growth Associate

About the role

GoBEBA is seeking a data‑driven Growth Associate to lead customer acquisition and retention across both digital and select offline channels. Reporting to the Director of Growth, you will work at the intersection of marketing, product, and data science to drive top‑line revenue for the company’s e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director of Growth in shaping the annual growth strategy and quarterly/monthly acquisition plans.
• Develop, launch, and manage paid SEM and social media campaigns, from strategy to real‑time optimization.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests, maintaining an experimentation roadmap that includes creative, incrementality, and bidding algorithm assessments.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and optimise landing pages that improve conversion rates.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and iterate quickly to maximise channel efficiency.

• Passion for solving complex acquisition challenges in a high‑growth consumer internet environment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, product, design, and data teams.
