International Registered Nurse - US Relocation

About the role

Insight Global Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join U.S. healthcare teams through its International Nursing Program. You will provide high‑quality patient care across a range of specialties in leading hospitals across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in settings such as medical‑surgical units, ICU, Emergency Room, Pediatrics, Oncology, Women’s health, NICU, and Surgical Services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in onboarding, licensing, and orientation processes as part of the relocation program.

Required profile

• Passed RN NCLEX and hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably secondary or tertiary care.
• Currently employed full‑time in direct patient care.
• Proficient in English.
• Commitment to building a long‑term nursing career in the United States.
