Mobile User Acquisition Manager (Programmatic)

About the role

A remote Mobile User Acquisition Manager (programmatic) is sought to help scale the company's mobile user acquisition direction. The role covers launching and optimizing campaigns across mobile DSPs and social platforms, testing new channels and improving acquisition economics.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, optimize and scale campaigns in mobile DSPs (Mintegral, Hybe, Moloco) and social platforms (Meta, TikTok)
• Explore and onboard new DSP channels and publishers, test and develop them
• Analyze traffic quality, including post-install metrics, brand safety, fraud and IVT control
• Generate hypotheses, run tests and improve acquisition economics
• Work with key metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV) and increase channel efficiency

Required profile

• Native or fluent Russian (written and spoken)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Mobile User Acquisition (DSP + Meta)
• Experience with programmatic and with Meta campaign launch and optimization
• Experience with different budget sizes, from small tests to large-scale campaigns
• Nice to have: experience working with creatives (briefing or hands-on work with static, video, UGC, playable formats)

Required skills

• Mobile analytics: cohort LTV, MMPs, attribution (SKAdNetwork, Privacy Sandbox), incrementality
• Fraud detection, monitoring and prevention
• Hypothesis-driven research and testing based on data
• Portfolio of programmatic cases to share in the application
