Pediatric Orthodontist – Children’s Hospital

About the role

Join a leading children’s specialty hospital in Nairobi as a Pediatric Orthodontist. You will shape and deliver orthodontic care for infants, children, and adolescents, including complex cranio‑facial cases, within a multidisciplinary paediatric environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat dental and jaw alignment conditions in children, creating individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with paediatric dentists, ENT surgeons, and speech therapists on cranio‑facial cases such as cleft lip/palate.
• Mentor dental assistants and contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• BDS plus postgraduate specialization in Orthodontics (MSc, MDS, MOrth or equivalent).
• Valid national dental/medical board registration.
• 3–5+ years of clinical experience with paediatric case exposure.
• Fellowship or certification in paediatric or cranio‑facial orthodontics is a plus.
