Product Manager – Online Education Platform (Nairobi)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and continuous evolution of a pan‑African online education platform. Based in Nairobi, you will work on‑site within a multidisciplinary project team to shape a product that serves learners, educators, institutions, and partners across the continent.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and prioritisation based on user research, market needs and strategic goals.
• Gather requirements, create user stories and translate insights into clear product specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, content and external vendor teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
• Monitor product performance through analytics, run experiments and iterate based on feedback.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within Edtech or a related digital product environment.
• Strong ability to conduct user research, synthesize findings and build actionable roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills in a multi‑partner setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and drive product delivery.
