Sales & Marketing Executive – Field Sales for Phone Financing

About the role

Chanteq Limited is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive merchant acquisition for its instant iPhone financing solution. You will work on the ground in Nairobi’s retail hubs, onboarding phone shop merchants, training their staff, and closing financing deals on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pitch smartphone retailers across Nairobi to join the Chanteq financing network.
• Train store owners and sales clerks on presenting financing options to customers with cash shortfalls.
• Respond to merchant requests within 20 minutes, visit stores, and finalize customer deposit and financing setup.
• Maintain strong relationships with merchants to become their preferred financing partner.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, or retail phone sales.
• Proven ability to close sales quickly and explain financing terms clearly.
• High mobility and ability to react rapidly to on‑site closing requests.
• Strong negotiation and customer‑facing skills.
