Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Africa

About the role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Africa, you will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers across multiple African markets to attract, assess, and hire top talent. Based in Lagos, Nigeria or Nairobi, Kenya, you will own end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of corporate, commercial, supply‑chain and manufacturing positions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment across several African countries for diverse roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and provide consultative guidance.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through timely communication and transparent processes.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, employee referrals and local initiatives.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
- Promote BIC’s employer brand on digital platforms, professional networks and recruitment events.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter, ensuring compliance.
- Use recruitment metrics and market intelligence to improve time‑to‑fill, quality of hire and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with Country HRBPs and business leaders on workforce planning and talent mapping.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with local legislation and global policies.
Required profile
- 8+ years of recruitment experience, including corporate talent acquisition, executive search or agency recruitment.
- Proven track record recruiting across multiple African countries and managing international hiring processes.
- Experience in consumer goods or manufacturing recruitment is preferred.
- Strong expertise in talent advisory, market intelligence and data‑driven sourcing.
