Service Delivery Coordinator – Artificial Lift Services

Key responsibilities

• Work with Sales and Service Delivery Technical teams to provide operational advice related to technical planning.
• Input and manage job activities in Job Center, including Job Activity, Sales Orders, Job Orders, Field Personnel Demand, Management of Change, and Customer Tickets.
• Conduct job briefings during planning and debriefings after job closure for each activity.
• Communicate billing events to B&C using Job Center tickets.
• Plan mid‑range operation activity volume and complexity forecasts to align resources for flawless execution and on‑time delivery.
• Prepare daily operational updates for ongoing job activities as required.
• Report incidents and manage communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee ongoing operations and provide direct support to field personnel on location.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or technical/operations within Artificial Lift Services.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships.
• Previous experience as a supervisor or coordinator in an Artificial Lift Services product line.
