In this flexible, commission‑only role you will leverage your professional network to introduce Flowmingo’s hiring solution to HR leaders, recruiters and decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo’s platform to HR and recruiting contacts in your network.
• Explain how the solution integrates into hiring workflows and supports fair, efficient hiring.
• Gather feedback from prospects to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive a bonus when onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent‑acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible schedule with no fixed quotas.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes and HR technology landscape.
