Healthcare Business Manager (Sales & Commercial Support)

About the role

The Healthcare Business Manager will work directly with the VP of Sales & Marketing to drive growth for a fast‑growing US medical‑device company. The role combines commercial prospecting with day‑to‑day operational support, ensuring that sales conversations translate into smooth order fulfillment and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Research hospitals, health systems, EMS organizations and distributors to build target account lists from scratch.
• Identify key clinical and business decision‑makers and initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities, schedule meetings, product presentations and follow‑up activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, opportunities, activities and follow‑up.
• Support independent sales representatives and distribution partners with sales materials and coordination.
• Assist marketing initiatives such as social media, email campaigns, conference participation and presentation preparation.
• Handle customer and vendor onboarding, purchase orders, order processing, fulfillment and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate inventory, manufacturing activities and maintain organized company records and shared files.
• Prepare sales and operational reports and provide general project support to the leadership team.

Required profile
