Business Development Manager – Bancassurance

About the role

The Business Development Manager – Bancassurance will lead the implementation of sales strategies across Bancassurance and Direct channels, ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role focuses on growing the Bancassurance portfolio by identifying new opportunities, strengthening partner relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Bancassurance business opportunities and negotiate deals with bank partners.
• Identify product needs and co‑create solutions with intermediaries.
• Implement sales strategies jointly with Bancassurance partners.
• Provide accurate quotations for all product lines promptly.
• Conduct continuous product training for intermediaries.
• Partner with intermediaries on client meetings and detailed product illustrations.
• Prepare timely performance reports for management.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve competitiveness.
• Manage quality, productivity, and overall sales performance of the Bancassurance channel.
• Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual production budgets.
• Support existing clients to ensure satisfaction and business retention.
• Ensure compliance with credit control, KYC, AML and data protection policies.
