Tire Support Specialist – Customer Service Agent (English/French)

About the role

As a Tire Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for consumers, tire installers and wholesale distributors in Nairobi. You will handle inquiries about specific tires and existing orders across voice, chat and email channels, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, live chats and emails from customers and partners.
• Provide accurate information and support for tire‑related questions and order status.
• Switch seamlessly between communication channels while maintaining consistent service quality.
• Record interactions and update internal systems with precise documentation.
• Collaborate with team leads, escalating issues when necessary.
• Meet defined performance KPIs and adhere to scheduled work hours.

Required profile

• 6–12 months of experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Fluent in English (C1+) and French (C1+); additional Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Sales or retention experience is advantageous.
