Trainer – Outbound Sales (3‑month contract)

About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a Trainer for a three‑month fixed‑term assignment in Nairobi. You will design and deliver training programs that boost product knowledge, communication skills, and sales performance for outbound tele‑sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new hires, introducing company values, mission, and client‑provided credentials.
• Upskill existing staff through workshops, coaching sessions, and refresher courses.
• Set up and maintain training facilities and materials, including digital presentations and instructional videos.
• Collect and analyse training feedback, document progress, and report to the Training Supervisor.
• Conduct data‑driven needs assessments, measure training effectiveness, and produce performance reports.
• Observe daily CSR operations to identify improvement areas and participate in frontline activities such as buzz sessions and quality calibrations.
• Create and continuously update lesson plans, role‑plays, assessments, and other training content.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Education, Communication, Human Resources or Public Relations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a BPO environment with outbound sales focus.
• Experience delivering sales training for American clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and provide constructive feedback.
