Treasury Settlement Specialist – Payments & Cashflow Management

About the role

We are looking for a Treasury Settlement Specialist to join our finance team and support daily treasury and payment settlement operations. You will ensure supplier payee data is complete, payments are approved and executed, and cash‑flows are accurately matched.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that all supplier payee static data meets compliance requirements.
• Review and approve payments using the Payment Hub system.
• Match bank flows and cash flows in the Quantum system, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Initiate payments through online banking platforms according to approved instructions.
• Confirm that payment vouchers are correctly submitted to SAP.
• Provide cover for colleagues handling fund‑related activities during absences.
• Ensure treasury and settlement activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Follow established treasury controls, processes, and approval requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in treasury, payments settlement, or banking.
• Practical understanding of payment processing and settlement activities.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and reconciliation abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
• Capacity to work under tight timelines and manage multiple transactions.
