Volunteer Faculty Member – Education

About the role

The University is seeking a dedicated volunteer faculty member to join its Education department. This full‑time, on‑site position supports curriculum development, teaching, and research activities while providing mentorship to students.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and implement high‑quality curricula and course outlines.
• Prepare contact and online learning materials, teaching aids, and lesson plans.
• Deliver instruction using diverse methods such as field studies, group activities, laboratory sessions and off‑class activities.
• Create learning assessment plans and evaluate student performance.
• Supervise undergraduate, graduate, internship and research projects.
• Conduct and publish research, contribute to grant writing and collaborative projects.
• Advise students on academic and career matters.
• Participate in conferences, workshops, industrial linkages and departmental administration.

Required profile

• PhD in a relevant field or a Master’s degree with a PhD candidate at the final data‑collection stage.
• Minimum three years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and research abilities.
