Accounts Receivable Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our revenue and receivables operations on a fully remote basis. You will be responsible for ensuring timely collections, accurate revenue recognition, and seamless coordination with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce accounts receivable policies and procedures to streamline invoicing and collections.
• Monitor aging reports, proactively address overdue accounts, and minimize revenue loss.
• Collaborate with sales, client success, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve cash flow.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP revenue recognition standards and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue accounting or accounts receivable management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP revenue recognition and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially NetSuite or comparable platforms.
