Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the role

KEDA Ceramics International Ltd is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer accounts, ensure accurate reconciliation of balances, support timely collections, and maintain precise financial records. The role works closely with Sales and Finance teams and requires strong communication with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Sales Department to confirm and monitor customers’ outstanding receivable balances.
• Communicate directly with customers to confirm balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify detailed accounts receivable balances, ensure accuracy of records, and prepare reconciliation statements.
• Prepare customer statements and conduct account reconciliations, including on‑site visits when required.
• Systematically follow up on outstanding payments and lead the reconciliation of customer transactions and balances.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, trading, or commercial environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of receivable processes, customer reconciliation, and debt collection.
• Proficiency in English; Swahili is an advantage.
