Agrochemical Salesperson – Kenya

About the role

EASTCHEM, a leading Chinese agro‑chemical exporter, is seeking an Agrochemical Salesperson to develop its business in Kenya. You will act as the company’s local representative, promoting crop‑protection products and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Drive consultative selling of EASTCHEM’s products, including local registration support, sample delivery and product introductions.
• Analyse client business challenges, conduct workshops, deliver presentations and prepare quotes, pricing and negotiations.
• Provide weekly updates to management on new activities, urgent issues and market developments in Kenya.
• Represent EASTCHEM at trade shows, industry events and association meetings to promote the brand.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely technical support and compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Familiarity with agro‑chemical commercial activities in Kenya.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Previous experience in a multinational company is preferred.
