About the role
We are seeking an AI‑Powered Digital Strategist to design and run automated lead‑generation systems for high‑ticket B2B clients. The role combines deep knowledge of AI tools with hands‑on LinkedIn outreach to build measurable pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute AI‑driven lead‑generation strategies for clients and internal growth.
- Build, launch and optimise LinkedIn automation campaigns, including targeting, sequencing and follow‑up.
- Use Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI) to generate content, scripts and assets at scale.
- Develop multi‑channel outreach workflows that integrate LinkedIn, email and AI‑assisted processes.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and iterate to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate directly with the founder on positioning and messaging for B2B service niches.
Required profile
- Strong LinkedIn presence with 1,000+ connections and proven automation results.
- Hands‑on experience building outreach sequences from scratch.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles in professional services (consulting, finance, training).
- Conversion‑focused copywriting in English (Swahili a plus).
- Self‑directed, comfortable in a fast‑moving growth‑stage environment.
Required skills
- Claude (Anthropic) – prompt engineering and workflow integration.
- ChatGPT (OpenAI) – content generation and automation logic.
- AIA – LinkedIn automation campaign creation.
- Dux‑Soup – LinkedIn prospecting and outreach sequencing.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator – targeting and list building.
- CRM tools and pipeline management.
What we offer
