About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Airline Media Sales Consultant to lead our advertising initiatives in Nairobi. The role focuses on driving sales of airline‑related media solutions, building client relationships, and shaping market strategy for a leading OOH advertising company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies for airline media advertising.
• Identify new business opportunities and target markets for promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships in the advertising sector.
• Lead negotiations and close high‑value sales deals.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising technologies to propose innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the advertising or promotions industry.
• Proven ability to build and sustain long‑term client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and deal‑closing capabilities.
