About the role

The Area General Manager leads the Dallas/Plano branch of Siemens Smart Infrastructure, driving strategy, sales and operational excellence across the region. You will inspire teams, manage resources and build strong executive relationships to deliver sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute area strategy aligned with Siemens Smart Infrastructure goals.
• Collaborate with zone management on plans, performance metrics and market conditions.
• Lead implementation of Business Target Agreements and balanced scorecard initiatives.
• Provide accurate revenue, profit forecasts and ensure adherence to annual budgets.
• Oversee cost control, asset management and financial deliverables.
• Plan workforce utilization for sales, service and support functions.
• Maintain executive‑level relationships with major customers to maximize opportunities and ensure satisfaction.
• Drive profitable growth through team‑selling strategies and new account penetration.
