Area Sales Manager – CO/UT

About the role

The Area Sales Manager will lead lead‑generation and sales activities for Cynosure’s innovative medical‑aesthetic technologies across the Colorado and Utah territory. Working closely with the District Manager, you will drive account development, meet sales targets and promote the company’s product portfolio to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas and other healthcare practitioners.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales objectives and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify and engage prospective customers, providing technical information and product demonstrations.
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales.
• Develop and manage accounts within the assigned territory.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, customers and competitive intelligence.
• Acquire deep product knowledge through training and competitive analysis.
• Participate in company workshops, product trainings and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation and territory management.
• Ability to build relationships with medical‑aesthetic professionals and understand their needs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Colorado and Utah as required.
