About the role
HG Hotel & Resort is seeking an Assistant Director to coordinate daily operational activities at its Watamu property. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth functioning across all departments and maintains high service quality for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all hotel departments.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality guest service.
- Supervise and manage staff across operational areas.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize efficiency.
Required profile
- Solid management experience in the hotel industry.
- Proven ability to supervise operational departments and manage staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests, team members, and partners.
- Customer‑satisfaction oriented with a professional, ambitious, and flexible attitude.
- Good command of English.
