Assistant Relationship Manager – Wealth & Investment

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support our Relationship Managers in delivering a personalised transactional banking experience to wealth and investment clients. The role involves handling client instructions across account opening, payments, investments, lending and other products while ensuring high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Process client instructions for account opening, payments, investments, lending and related transactional services.
• Resolve client queries and complaints promptly, adhering to wealth and investment service standards.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities to contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain compliance with risk management controls and operational procedures.
• Support loan application processing and back‑office sales functions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in wealth, investment or business banking.
• Proven track record working with high‑net‑worth clients in a portfolio context.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Experience in branch back‑office and sales support functions.
