Associate Candidate Care Specialist

About the role

The Candidate Care Specialist ensures a high‑quality, consistent candidate experience across all CHAI searches, from application to offer or rejection, for both external and internal candidates worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Support candidate communication, providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to keep searches moving, flag delays, and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Generate exception reports using iCIMS data to identify stalled candidates and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in iCIMS, updating stages in real time.
• Assist with interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate queries, escalating issues when needed.
• Produce regular candidate experience reports for TA leadership.

Required profile

• Experience in coordination, operations, or candidate‑facing roles within recruitment or HR.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume, concurrent searches.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and an ATS.
• Patient, persistent, and professional communication style.
• Ability to work across time zones with a distributed team.
