Associate Financial Analyst Internship

About the role

The Associate Financial Analyst Intern will support financial and commercial analysis of new land sales, development projects, and other opportunities, collaborating on financial models and business plans for real estate developments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in financial and commercial analysis of new land sales and development projects and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate on creating and maintaining business plans and financial models for real estate developments, including core infrastructure components.
• Support the preparation of high‑quality presentations for senior management using financial data and visual aids.
• Help maintain investor information memoranda and support deal origination and execution processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Financial modeling experience.
• Familiarity with valuation methods and basic accounting principles.
