Associate Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Associate Marketing Manager to join our remote team in Kenya. You will support UK‑based B2B clients by creating and executing lead‑generation campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
• Manage social‑media and outbound marketing activities.
• Conduct prospect research and develop copy for various assets.
• Produce content, AI‑driven designs and video material.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, curious and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for design work.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience using Linked Helper.
• Knowledge of GoHighLevel platform (bonus).
