About the role
We are looking for an Associate Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Westlands, Kenya. In this role you will support our North American market by generating qualified leads and setting up discovery calls for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn and phone calls.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists and identify key decision‑makers.
- Qualify opportunities and schedule discovery meetings for senior sales staff.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track sales activities.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and marketing to align outreach strategies.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in SDR, sales or business development.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support North American business hours.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
What we offer
- Contract role with a competitive monthly salary of KES 30,000‑45,000.
